Terms Return/Exchange Policy ***Please be aware NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER ONE MONTH OF RECEIPT*** To avoid a restocking fee any exchanges of wearables must be made within two weeks of receipt. Otherwise, returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Items are returned at the customer's expense. Items with tags removed will not be accepted for return. Pants that are hemmed may not be returned. Any returned clothes smelling of perfume or cigarettes or pets will be charged a cleaning fee. HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE ITEMS: Keep a copy of your packing slip and use that to write down the correct sizes/colors you want to exchange for, or if you are returning for credit, write "RETURN FOR CREDIT".
